Massive congratulations to our latest cadet graduates.

Not long ago, Total Construction set a target of ensuring cadets make up at least 10 per cent of our workforce at any given time. Well, two of those cadets have now completed the program! We’re so excited to say congratulations to Samantha Nagul and Blake Bennett. We take out hats off to you, guys. Well done!

The program is modularised, meaning our cadets learn about all aspects of construction and get a real leg-up in the industry. They’re also assigned mentors so they can learn from our best. If you’d like to know more, pop your questions in the comments or give us a call. We’d love to hear from you!
