VIC - Southern Cross Care - $13m

Team Melbourne has been awarded a contract to build a new 98 bed aged care facility for Southern Cross Care. The superintendent is Connect Project Management.
The site in Keon Park currently houses a redundant school which will be demolished to make way for the new facility.
Currently finalising design details, the project is set to commence in the near future.
