VIC - The Valley Private Hospital - $20m

Team Melbourne is thoroughly excited to announce the award of a further Healthe Care contract.
Following on from the successful completion of projects at Brunswick Private Hospital and a ward refurbishment at The Valley Private Hospital, Total Construction has now been awarded the contract for the major works at The Valley Private Hospital
This project includes for:
- A total refurbishment of existing wards;
- The construction of new operating theatres;
- A total refurbishment of existing operating theatres;
- Construction of a double-storey wing;
- Construction of a new Intensive Care Unit;
- External upgrading;
- Car park additions.
The contract is for just under $20m and work is set to commence in early December 2011.
