This project was initially contracted for base building works, encompassing modifications of an existing building to accommodate new retail tenancies.
During the course of the contract the scope was extended to include fit out of the Dick Smith Electronics store and Aldi Food Stores awarded a separate contract for fit out.
FOOD COURT REFURBISHMENT, WETHERILL PARK, NSW
Total Construction was chosen to refurbish the food court at the Stockland Mall at Wetherill Park in Sydney’s western suburbs due to our demonstrated ability to deliver projects within very tight schedules.
MEDICAL CENTRE, BAY VILLAGE MALL, NSW
Stockland Development Pty Ltd required the design and construction of a new medical centre at the Bay Village Shopping Mall to be completed within two months. Total Construction took on the project after DA approval had been granted and completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule.
PICCADILLY ARCADE REFURBISHMENT, SYDNEY, NSW
The refurbishment of this retail shopping mall comprised floor finish replacement to Pitt Street entrance, Alucobond cladding to fire doors, re-cladding of brass fittings, pendant lights to replace linear fittings, new signage over shop fronts, new ceilings and feature panels, column cladding and refurbishment of rest rooms.

Total Construction was engaged for this high profile retail design and construct project to deliver reconfigured retail tenancies to three levels of this iconic Adelaide building.
TENANCY REFURBISHMENT, WENDOUREE, VIC
Total Construction was engaged to prepare the pre-tenancy fit out for Subway on behalf of Stockland development Pty Ltd. The project involved relocating an existing Commonwealth Bank ATM to a new location and bunker to allow for the new Subway tenancy.
