Following the successful delivery of Design & Construct projects for major Food & Beverage clients Coca Cola Amatil, Cadbury Schweppes and Inghams Enterprises, Total Construction formed a dedicated Food & Beverage Division in March, 2008. Since then Total Construction has established a strong foothold in the market with significant D&C projects underway for a range of multi-national F&B manufacturing companies.

D&C project for new structural building works within the existing biscuit manufacturing facility as required for installation of new processing equipment which will increase current biscuit production capacity.
TIP TOP BAKERIES, NSW

D&C project for the total refurbishment of an existing 6,400m2 industrial bread bakery including replacing all existing internal floors, wall lining, ceiling, fire services, lighting, amenities, production offices, external roof sheeting, loading docks and construct new load out bay, truck hardstand, driveways and security fencing.

NATIONAL FOOD PROCESSOR
Design and construction of extensions and upgrade of the head office for a Victorian based national company involved in poultry processing for the mass consumer market. Architectural design was completed in-house by Total Construction’s own staff.
