Total Construction was awarded this contract by Incoll for interior fit out of the administration office adjoining the new Surdex Steel Rolling Mill at Dandenong, Victoria.

Total Construction relocated into renovated office space within the Bakehouse Quarter, formerly the Arnott’s Biscuits factory in October 2006. The open plan office is on the top level of Building G with its own lobby and stair access from George Street.
