"Concept to completion" drives our team and every one of us is fully committed to a project from the first time we have contact with a client right through to handover.

We take a fully flexible approach and are at ease working to strict architectural or structural guidelines from all consultants, whether engaged by us or not. Taking this sort of approach allows us to manage any type of project, no matter the size.

What should you expect when working with us?

FIRST CONTACT

Starting with an existing feature survey plan of a new or refurbished site, we'll sit down with you to formulate a scope of works for the project.

FEASIBILITY

From these discussions, we'll then complete a site feasibility to determine the building costs that need to be budgeted for the site acquisition.

DESIGN

If the light is green our design team will then roll their sleeves up to work with you and develop planning drawings that meet your requirements.

PLANNING

If a council permit is required for your development, our experienced planning team will prepare, lodge and follow the application until a Development Approval Permit is granted.

PROJECT COSTING

Using our specialized Jobpac Software a full cost summary report will then be prepared for your approval.

BUILDING

Once all the preliminary work is complete, a construction certificate will be obtained by our building certifier and our experienced construction professionals will have your project up and running in no time.

FULL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Regular site meetings will be held with you to keep you up to date with the build process which provides complete peace of mind throughout the construction stage.

Every person working on your project will be fully briefed on your project and will be committed to maintaining the highest build standards at all times.

In addition each of our project teams has people with full OH&S and First Aid qualifications to ensure your project will run smoothly from concept to completion.
