NSW - Cabrini Aged Care Facility - $17.5m

Team Sydney has been awarded a contract with Cabrini for the construction of an aged care facility in Westmead, NSW.
The facility will comprise 120 beds, a large commercial kitchen facility and laundry facilities when complete.
The project will be built in 2 stages with the early works commencing in September 2011.
