Total Construction Melbourne has been awarded the contract for works at Wedge Park Primary School, Melton West, VIC.
The work comprises the construction of a new library and the refurbishment of an existing gymnasium. Work is due to commence in June 2010.

Construction of central community facilities worth $5.5 million for an aged living centre at Leppington NSW for Lepdev Pty Ltd, a Queensland based retirement village developer.
Additions to The Gardens Aged Care Centre at Port Stephens NSW for Regis Group. This project is worth $4 million.
