Aged Care Projects - NSW - October 09

Total Sydney has been awarded the following Aged Care Projects:
Construction of central community facilities worth $5.5 million for an aged living centre at Leppington NSW for Lepdev Pty Ltd, a Queensland based retirement village developer.
Additions to The Gardens Aged Care Centre at Port Stephens NSW for Regis Group. This project is worth $4 million.
